An Organization Founded on Womens’ Health

The death of James’ mother influenced him to establish Foundation 56, a non-profit organization focused on breast cancer prevention. Established in 2007, The BJF56 helps raise money in the fight against this often-fatal disease. Named after his Cowboy jersey number, Foundation 56 is a faith-based group dedicated to expanding and enhancing the life quality of women, men and their families impacted by breast cancer. 

In a game-changing move, Bradie James and his Foundation 56 have teamed up with Methodist Health System in an effort to tackle breast cancer, together. The new Bradie James Breast Cancer Resource Center at Methodist Dallas Medical Center will provide screening, education, and detection, as well as one-on-one consultation services and other resources to help breast cancer patients get back in the game
